Jane Goodall explains why it’s not too late to save the planet.
CBC’s Matt Galloway talks to famed anthropologist Jane Goodall about why there’s still time to save the planet, the impact of war on the environment and how Sudbury, Ont., is an example of how change can happen.
“I began our youth program Roots and Shoots way back in 1991 and it’s growing really fast across Canada which is wonderful. It’s got young people from preschool through university, even adults now and we are working with the indigenous people who understand the land so well and have protected it until we come along and take it away from them.”
